All the films I've ever watched
This is a mostly comprehensive list of all films I’ve watched, and my reviews of selected films.
The vast majority of the films I’ve watched are at the cinemas, normally Village, or on free-to-air commercial TV. I also watched many films during classes in both primary school and high school. In high school, we mainly watched films in Christian Education (CE) and English. In primary school we watched films during class, and we also went on a couple of excursions. I remember pretty well when I watched the films, but not all dates watched will be 100% accurate. I’ve watched many of these films multiple times.
*Films with an asterix are films I never finished. We were evacuated in the middle of our showing of The Martian due to flooding concerns from heavy rain, and I never went back to finish it. We went into lockdown after one period watching The Passion of the Christ. We never finished Troy in class.

Toy Story 4
I rewatched Toy Story 4, the first and only film I’ve rewatched in 2022 - it was shown on free to air in July. I originally watched it in cinemas when it was released.

This isn’t a traditional review - I don’t have much to say about the film that was bad. Instead, this review are the notes I took during my second viewing of the film, including all the points where the audience laughed.

Elvis - a brief review
Elvis was good, but not a film I’d watch a second time. I watched it on the day of its Australian premiere in a catered screening, and it gave me a good, albeit slightly inaccurate, insight into the life of The King of Rock and Roll. It’s good to see a series of musical biopics including Rocket Man and Bohemian Rhapsody come out in recent years.

The Batman - my first ever DC film
I saw The Batman in cinemas, last Thursday, 17th March, 2022, at Melbourne Central Hoyts, with some mates. It had been hyped up quite a bit by a lot of people I had talked to - most had said it was a good film, that it was quite a dark film and that it was quite long. I know pretty much nothing about DC (or Marvel, for that matter, even though I’ve been on the Marvel Superhero bandwagon for the past couple of years due to its, or at least from my perspective as someone who’s never been into this genre of film, meteoric rise within popular culture).
